Trep OnTrack Business Bootcamp was created because entrepreneurship is a community sport. The program was designed to give new entrepreneurs and existing business owners the local support they need to start and grow their businesses. Why? Growing local businesses creates local jobs. More local jobs grow the local economy. When the local economy is healthy, the whole community wins.
Tricia D. Teague has an MBA with a project management certification, and is a certified business and life coach, teacher, speaker, and consultant.
She is certified by Co-Active Training Institute as a Co-Active Professional Coach (CPCC), certified the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), a certified GrowthWheel® Business Advisor, and a certified facilitator for both the Kauffman FastTrac® and the Entrepreneurial Learning Initiative Ice House Entrepreneurship educational programs.

Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity: which contracted with her business, The Trep School, to provide training and technical assistance to hundreds of social equity applicants throughout Illinois compete for licenses in the cannabis industry.
Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority: which awarded The Trep School funds to develop and implement Trep OnTrack, a comprehensive program to build an entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Danville and Tilton communities. It is comprised of education and workshops, startup funds, coaching and consulting, and networking events.
